Overview

•Vitamin B3: 40 mg a day is over the 35 mg/day upper limit (IOM (NIH ODS)). Nicotinic acid above this limit causes flushing, and high doses taken for a long time can harm the liver.
•Contains 350 mg of caffeine anhydrous per serving, which equivalent to roughly 3.5 to 4 standard cups of coffee and can cause rapid heart rate, jitters, anxiety, and insomnia in caffeine-sensitive individuals.
•Delivers 3,000 mg of beta-alanine in a single bolus, which frequently causes harmless, transient skin tingling or flushing (paresthesia).
•Contains cholinesterase inhibitor huperzine A and methylliberine (Dynamine); combining these with other stimulants, cholinergics, or monoamine oxidase inhibitors requires medical oversight.
•Not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions.
