Overview

One sachet provides 21 g carbohydrates including 11 g sugars, so people with diabetes, insulin resistance, or strict low-carbohydrate diets should account for the rapid carbohydrate load.
Creatine forms total 1 g per sachet and are unlikely to be problematic for healthy adults, but people with kidney disease or those using nephrotoxic medicines should avoid unsupervised use.
Arginine AKG and citrulline malate are low-dose but may still add to blood-pressure-lowering effects from nitrates, PDE-5 inhibitors, or antihypertensive drugs in sensitive users.
Beta-alanine may cause mild tingling or flushing, while magnesium, gums, acids, and sugar alcohol-free sweetening may still cause stomach upset in some athletes during exercise.
The product warning states it is not suitable for children, pregnant women, or nursing women.
Contains carmine colour in raspberry/cherry flavours and preservatives sodium benzoate/potassium sorbate, which may trigger sensitivity reactions in susceptible individuals.
