•Contains selenium, and the label warns not to exceed 150 micrograms/day from supplements; this product provides 93.75 micrograms per tablet, so stacking with other selenium products can push intake too high.
•Includes preformed vitamin A (retinol palmitate); high total vitamin A intake is not suitable in pregnancy and can be risky if combined with other vitamin A supplements.
•Iodine (as potassium iodide) may be problematic for people with thyroid disorders or iodine sensitivity, especially if they have hyperthyroidism or autoimmune thyroid disease.
